Last place in the league
Put the fantasy-football league's last-place finisher, or whoever lost the bet, on lead vocals. The worse their week, the bigger the laugh.
Caption: Finished last. Never looked happier.
Upload 3 photos and your crew takes over the Outstanding desk concert in a Tiny Desk AI video: one sings lead through the big laugh, one gets the sax solo, one plays keys.

The Tiny Desk AI trend is an AI meme that recasts the band in a short clip of Outstanding, The Gap Band's 1982 hit, from a 2023 Tiny Desk concert: new faces sing lead, play keys and take the sax solo.
The joke is in the casting. The first version put college-football head coaches who had just lost that Saturday into the band, so the people with the worst week in the sport became the happiest band in the room, laughing and waving through the song. Its caption called it the All-Loss Tiny Desk Concert.
The song was already in on the joke: since 2024, Outstanding has been the go-to soundtrack for edits about washed athletes, the ones past their best, so it suits a band of losers. The sax solo became the second punchline.
Charlie Wilson plays a Tiny Desk concert and closes the set with Outstanding, the performance the meme is cut from.
The first AI version reaches TikTok: that week's losing college-football head coaches as the band, captioned the All-Loss Tiny Desk Concert. A week later it has passed 2.3 million views.
Sports media pick it up: Sport & State interviews its creator, and AL.com's story runs on Yahoo Sports.
A pro-football version follows, with players and a head coach in the band and a caption all about the sax player. It passes 1.8 million TikTok views in two days.

The 20-second clip is four shots: the band, two close-ups, then the band again.
10:00–0:05A tight wide shot: the keyboard player hunched over the keys up front, the sax player blowing behind, a backing singer leaning in at the edge, shelves of records and souvenirs all around.
20:05–0:11Close-up on the singer in the blue beanie: head thrown back laughing, a grin straight at the camera, then a wave of the hand mid-song. This is the moment the meme is known for.
30:11–0:14A side-on close-up of the sax player taking the solo behind a mic stand, with a backing singer smiling at the bottom of the frame.
40:14–0:19The wide shot returns, the sax still going and the keyboard player rocking over the keys. The video ends on this shot, mid-song.
The meme lands when the casting is the punchline. Pick a crew, then post it with a caption like one of these.

The guest of honour takes the close-up while friends back them on sax and keys. It plays like a toast with a band.
Caption: Thirty and outstanding.
One friend per part. Deciding who gets the sax solo is half the fun, and the video settles it.
Caption: We voted on who gets the sax solo. It wasn't close.
Fans wear their own jersey in the photo and turn a bad Saturday into an all-loss desk concert of their own, week after week.

Each photo takes one part, face, hair and clothes included, so nobody keeps the singer's beanie and gold shades. Who plays which is up to you: swap the photos around to change who sings lead and who gets the sax solo.

The song is Outstanding, The Gap Band's 1982 hit. The singer in the blue beanie is Charlie Wilson, the band's lead vocalist; his 2023 Tiny Desk concert closed with Outstanding, and the meme uses a stretch of that closing song.
No. Oeneo AI isn't affiliated with NPR or its Tiny Desk series, and neither made nor endorsed this effect. Tiny Desk AI is simply the name the meme goes by.
No, each video costs credits. The price depends only on the resolution you choose, and the Generate button shows it before anything is charged. New accounts get 10 credits at sign-up; more come with a plan or a credit pack.
Yes, this page is one: the clip is cut and the parts are set, so all you add is a photo for each part.
Yes. Put the same photo in every tile and one face sings lead, plays the sax solo and holds down the keys.
No. The song, the length, the vertical frame and the cuts all come with the clip, so your video plays its live sound. The only setting is the resolution.
The video jumps between a wide band shot and two close-ups, the singer's hand crosses the face during the wave, and the mouthpiece hides the sax player's mouth in the solo, so a face can shift from one shot to the next. Photos that match the checklist above hold up best; if one drifts, generate again.
No, this one is for people. Every part plays an instrument or lip-syncs the live vocal, which needs a person's face and hands.
No. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to be in the video; photos of public figures aren't allowed.
